It''s been awhile since I''ve seen a "post your art thread," and since there''s so many great artists on gamedev that never get enough attention, I thought I''d start a new one. So...let''s see it, guys! -Nick "digisoap" Robalik

Hi!

I also like Lara Croft, so I decided to draw her (my first drawing of a person ever):

This one is my latest (my second 'person' pic), named 'My Dying Bride':

And here is a mechanorganic 'spyder' I made in Max5:

Well, I use Rhinocerous3D and I am planning to get Pengiun 3D which is a cel shading renderer plugin for rhino, these are a few things ive done, i know, i suck...but this will be my minor so its ok...im only 16...

Arabian Death

A bat

My [UNFINISHED] Car

A Machete

That is it for now, I have more but I am to lazy to upload em to my site...lol. And Arabian Death is named that because I plan to use it in a game I am making.

And constructive criticism, comments, suggestions would be nice!

killingpeople, would you be interested in making that 3D chess set/board available for use in a game? I just finished up a chess playing engine that''s not too shabby and I''m currently working on the player interface. I''d like to include a 3D mode if I can find the right models but so far I''ve only found a high poly set that leaves shadow artifacts and I don''t have a modeling app to correct the problem. Anyway, I really like the looks of yours so if you''re interested in working something out please shoot me an email.

darrelll:
sure.
i sent you an email in reguards to when.

msw:
your mechinary gimcrack looks very good.

check out www.deviantart.com
it is a great place to upload your images for free, and they dont surround your images with those annoying advertisements and such .. its much better than yahoo anyhow.

paulj:
your creatures are good,
what software are you using?

krisc:
on the contrary, this is very good clean work.

you should try your best and use some other 3d software, it looks like the program is hindering your capabilities.
(i dont know anything about that software, so it might be you hindering the software, and i am sure it isnt )

Hi Killingpeople,

I'm using ZBrush which as best as I can describe it a 2.5D paint program. I love using it. Just to give an ideal of the process that I go thru when creating.

above is a Green Dragon that I'm creating. (WIP)
