It seems that the D3DSpy program that comes with the DirectX 9 SDK would be an interesting tool. But I''m having problems trying to run it: - I choose the first option "Run both (...) on this computer" and it refuses to create the host unless I''m connected to the Internet, saying some por may be in use. - Besides, when I close the application the process still remains loaded, eating around 7 MB of RAM. If I run D3DSpy again the old process stays in memory and another one apears... I have to terminate them manually. I was wandering if anyone else has noticed the same behaviour on their systems and found a way to make the tool run properly. Maybe it has somthing to do with the OS - I''m running Windows XP Pro.
