I bought a new computer, and since I can''t compile GL.h, it makes me more than 100 compiling errors. Does anybody had this problem with windows XP? does it comes from Visual Studio.net beta 2? if it does, why can''t I compile my code with Borland C++ neither? please HELP!!! note most of errors says that problems comes from the lines like : WINGDIAPI void APIENTRY glGetMapiv (GLenum target, GLenum query, GLint *v); errors says that ; are missing... should I install Windos 2000 pro? Thanks.

The problem likely lies before you include the gl header file.

It's not the libraries. He's getting compile-time errors, not link-time errors. It's more likely what baumep said - include windows.h before including the gl headers.

Make sure the OpenGL libraries are installed, WinXP does not include them in some versions.
