Okay, I was going along in a 3D engine project just fine - all the mathematical knowledge packed down just nicely but when it comes to using the API I might as well be a retarded three toed sloth dragging a train behind me. My problem at the moment is that I have no clue how to get access to the opengl extensions, like the ARB ones that allow me to do lovely multi-texturing. It''s not in any of my header files and things like that so I''m not seeing a viable way of me being able to use them. Does anyone know exactly where I should start and what files I need?

Hi there my fellow Australian
I would suggest you check out NeHe''s OpenGL Tutorials. They cover many differant areas of openGL including texturing and blending. You can find this site at
HERE or just go to the Gamedev home and look for the link...
These are very good tutorials with lots of helpful information.. Check it out
