help me.... how to change Viewport to "orthographic " but not "perspective" in D3D IM

If you use DirectX 7.0... use the function in the D3DX library functions

Otherwise...

There isn''t a View matrix that preforms perspective, perspective is calculated in a projection matrix...
If you don''t want to use perspective... just fill in a identity matrix and pass it for rendering (if you want to use a ZBuffer however... you must make sure that PerspectiveMatrix._34 = 1.0f; otherwise things will fail)
