Hello.. How do I render a "simple" single triangle with three colors for each vertex and take advantage of gouraud shading. Previously using OpenGL was easy but don''t find in the f*** documentation from Microsoft a way to do this with the D3DVERTEX structure... Can someone help ??? Thanks

I don't know much about DirectX so I can't give you an answer ... but why don't you use OpenGL if it's that much easier?

It''s just as easy in D3D, instead of using D3DVERTEX use D3DLVERTEX, put your color in the color member of this structure. Don''t forget to tell DrawPrimitive which type of vertex you''re using and SetRenderState shademode to gouraud.
