hi all i have a small problem with the borland compiler. when i compile my app and try to use it on another machine where is no cbuilder installed, i always get an error, because it try to load some of the cbuilder files like the borlandmm.dll, cc3260mt.dll and some of the bpl files. is it possible to compile my app without the need of copying these files into the app-folder, so that i only need the exe file? thx --=[[TheMatrixXXX]]=--

There should be a compiler switch that enables static linking of the needed libs - I can''t be more specific, because I don''t have BC installed here, but it should not be that hard to find..

Look for something called "Use runtime packages". There is one more switch too, but I don''t remember what it was called. I haven''t used BCB in ages.

The other switch is "use dynamic RTL" (or similar). You don''t want packages or dynamic RTL checked, IIRC.
