Regarding any kind of cursors I''ve done in the past, it''s always just been a regular ol bitmap that I''ve created, being that I''ve only worked with fullscreen games. However, recently I''ve started a windowed game. I have found that while in the window, my cursor doesn''t change, possible because it gets no commands to change. This causes a problem because when the game starts to run, rather than having an arrow, I get the hourglass from when the program was loading. And if I move the cursor to the sides, then back in, it stays as the double arrows used for positioning. Could anyone clue me in on how to change the cursor back to the arrow during the game whenever the mouse is inside the screen? This game is going to only be played with the mouse, so that''s why I need it Thanks for any help, --Vic--

the cursor member of wndclass may be null. try loading idc_arrow instead. there also are wm_setcursor and setcursor().
