Billboarding

I try to use billboarding, but it won´t get right. Here is my code where I change the world matrix:
  
D3DXMATRIX matWorld,matView,matTransposed,matTrans,matScale;
D3DXMatrixScaling(&matScale,1,1,1);
D3DXMatrixTranslation(&matTrans,0,0,0);	
D3DDevice->GetTransform(D3DTS_VIEW,&matView);
D3DXMatrixTranspose(&matTransposed,&matView);
D3DXMatrixMultiply(&matWorld,&matScale,&matTransposed);
D3DXMatrixMultiply(&matWorld,&matWorld,&matTrans);
D3DDevice->SetTransform(D3DTS_WORLD,&matWorld);

probably vertex positions(xyz)? tu/tv? order of multiplying the matrices?
