One feature that I really liked about Visual Studio 6.0 is that you can do command line builds on .dsw files from earlier versions, and it would automatically convert it to the new file format. Is there a way to do that with Visual Studio .NET? I try doing
devenv "OldWorkspace.dsw" /build debug

But all it gives me is that the file must be converted first. I need to automatically upgrade the workspace file to a solution file (including all it''s projects) and I was wondering if a command line option or utility exists for that.

load the dsw into vs.net - It will ask you if you want to convert it then

"That''s not a bug, it''s a feature!"
