I have been working with C++ for about half a year, bot teachimg myself and learning a little from scattered reasources, but before today i never realived that SDL was c++ based, What is it, and why have I never heard of it. Thank You Homepage Luck is a Horse to ride like any other...Luckily im not a gambler, I dont know how to ride.

SDL is nice. You can use it to create windows for 3D graphics applications (you can use it with OpenGL). It can also do a great many things like play sounds and handle user input. The nicest thing is that the code is cross-platform so you can use the same code for Windows, Mac, and Linux. I think there''s even an unofficial port to the PS2.
