I''ve been reading on nVidia''s site about the new QuadroFX and I dont see the difference between that and the GeForceFX other than the QuadroFX having slower ram (and therefore less bandwidth). The site keeps talking about how it''s geared toward the Professional Graphics market, but I don''t see anything that it can do that the GeForceFX can''t. Anyone care to explain what makes it "professional"?

probably the same like the other quadros before. support for some opengl stuff thats completely unimportant for games and only matters for professionals. and which most likely will be a matter of connecting the right pins just like with all the others before ,-) (though pros wont have a problem to just buy a quadro while the rest wont profit from it).
