Affordable 3D modeler?

I''ve already looked at Milkshape 3D and I was wondering if anybody knew of another reliable and inexpensive modeler that perhaps had a few more features.

You can get a free evaluation for 30 days of Alias/Wavefront Studio Tools 9.5. Just ordered mine, cool.

You can get TrueSpace 4.3 for about $600 american. It''s what they use to make Veggie Tales.

For the Linux crowd, there''s PoorMan''s Renderer. I haven''t tried it myself {still haven''t made a Linux box}, but from the online manual it looked well featured and fairly easy to use.

I think you can get Rhino pretty cheep if you''re a student.
