How do I read in tex coords in PS.2.0 (Like TEXCRD R#, T# in ps1.4)

Hi i need to pass data like normals and half-vector thru texture coordinate registers T# into the pixel shader for PS 1.4 i used texcrd how do i do it in ps 2.0? Thanx Alex
