There is only one problem with an even grid, the scene would look too static. As you said, hollywood tries to tweak scenes until it looks good, I want to do it the same way as well. I admit I''m lazy, but I want things to look good. Letting the characters curve looks neater

I agree. To some extent the even grid would be neat, however, having each model textured with the changing "matrix texture" would give the effect in the first Matrix. I think the effect in the Matrix Reloaded trailer is just for the trailer. I like Coelurus'' demo. I think with a little tweaking, it would be great.
