Skinned Animation and Maya

does anyone has experience with exporting Animation data from maya and making a skinned animation engine in openGL ? because i have problems making it fully working ... any help is welcome

my friends... that will help u get from maya->mdl/smd.

Once you have that, you can either import it directly into your project, or develop your own (or use someone elses [such as milkshape3d''s] 3d package) and have a host of formats to mess with. I think i have some examples on my site: http://www.i-gear.net/
