Does anyone know if SDL will work on unix? I want to use it for a class that requires it can run on both windows and unix, but SDL doesn''t say it supports unix. Also if anyone knows of a simple library that is like SDL, but works on unix as well, please tell me. LinaInverse2010

Sun Machines, and I believe they are running SunOS, but isn''t that just based of unix? All I know is the FLTK cross platform library runs on them, but other than that I really don''t use the schools unix machines, mostly their windows ones.

Solaris is Sun''s UNIX and SDL runs on it, so it will work. If you wanna be sure try to compile it on your school''s computers.
