How do I set the transform settings to translate a XYZRHW vertex? I tried: D3DXMATRIX wld; D3DXMatrixTranslation(&wld, 200.0f, 200.0f, 0.0f); g_Graphics.GetDeviceCOM()->SetTransform(D3DTS_WORLD, &wld); but it has no effect. I don''t want to actually modify the vertex and I don''t need a vertex shader example for I can already do that. Thanks.

The problem is that an xyzrhw IS a transformed vertex, this is that the vertex position is the final position on screen, you have to use a xyz vertex to translate it with matrix calculation

If God with me, Who against me?

Oh, thanks.
I guess I can use D3DXMatrixPerspectiveLH for that then.
Thanks.
