Anyone know how to get this little code tidbit working? cMeshObject->Vertices = new D3DVERTEX[cMeshObject->NumVertices]; float x,y,z; for (DWORD i = 0;i < cMeshObject->NumVertices;i++) { fscanf(myfile, "%f", &x); fscanf(myfile, "%f", &y); fscanf(myfile, "%f", &z); cMeshObject->Vertices.x = x; ///Causes an exception error/// cMeshObject->Vertices[i].y = y; cMeshObject->Vertices[i].z = z; }

cMeshObject->Vertices(i).x =x;

pretent that the () are the square brackets, but this message board wont print em.

The cMeshObject->Vertices.x = x should be cMeshObject->Vertices.x = x; I just typed it in wrong on the board
