Hi all, I have got a COM interface to the the "MPEG Layer-3" fliter in DirectMedia. Does anyone know how to interface with it to get it to encode at a specified bitrate ? i would think this is possible but i dont know the interface :/ is there a way to find out the interface ?? thanks a lot Tim
