to handle "on key release" event how i can do?

And in what language?? lisp, java, C ?? Would be alot easier to answer if I knew..

Anyway, if it's C (or C++) used on a Windows machine it's WM_KEYDOWN and WM_KEYUP (read about it at MSDN)

If it's Java use KEY_PRESSED & KEY_RELEASED (found in java.awt.event.KeyEvent)
go search MSDN or the Java docs at sun to find out more about it..
