explanation of why cube doesn't show in orthographic mode

I''m curious and a retard . I have looked at some books on perspective and orthographic view, but I can''t understand why the cube does not show properly in orthographic view. Can someone explain thanks

how is it ''not being shows properly''? are the dimensions distorted? is it not being shown at all. be a little more specific.

What do you mean about ''not show properly'' ?
Don''t you understand the difference between perspective
and orthographic view ?
Perspective looks for a human eye like correct. When an object
is near, it''s bigger. When it''s far away, it''s smaller.
In orthographic projection, the distance of the object form the viewer does not affect the size of the projected object.
For example when you take a map, the distance of two points
is the same, no metter how high the point is.
