Hi! I want to code a program that records all the key input on a computer running windowsXP. Where can I find info about writing that kind of program?

I have a feeling that you won't get many answers to that question here...

EDIT: Unless you provide a good reason why you want to code such program.

Try google - especially the newsgroups.

Usually "a program that records all the key input" is just another way of saying "a virus that steals your passwords". So, unless you can demonstrate a good reason to do so, I don''t expect anyone will help you.
Chess is played by three people. Two people play the game; the third provides moral support for the pawns. The object of the game is to kill your opponent by flinging captured pieces at his head. Since the only piece that can be killed is a pawn, the two armies agree to meet in a pawn-infested area (or even a pawn shop) and kill as many pawns as possible in the crossfire. If the game goes on for an hour, one player may legally attempt to gouge out the other player's eyes with his King.
