does anyone know how i could play my .xm-tune inside the executable file with minifmod? there''s an example of this in Main.cpp.. but i can''t get it work! loading music from external files works just fine ofcourse.. i think that error is in these lines: rec = FindResource(NULL, name, RT_RCDATA); handle = LoadResource(NULL, rec); what is this ''name'' variable?? it does want a file name there, i guess, but i have included my .xm-file as a resource.. so what should i do??

Do you need a pointer to this block of raw data, or is the custom resource type supported?
I do know this: Some code to obtain the raw data ptr:

void *p = LockResource(LoadResource(NULL, FindResource(NULL, MAKEINTRESOURCE(IDR_MY_XM), "XM")));

To add the .XM file:
- import custom resource.
- add to new "XM" group.
- give the resource ID a name like IDR_MY_XM.

- Is it any good?
Yes. It is. Very.

- Is it free?
Yes, for non-commercial purposes.

- Can I download it anywhere?
Yup. www.fmod.org

- How large is it?
Quite small. The dll is about 74k. The SDK is 1.37MB unzipped.

- Is it Win32?
Yes. Would an "Of course" be inappropriate here?

isit i sit i i...
Uhm, probably...
