I''ve looked it up, and this is what I do:


ddck.dwColorSpaceLowValue = 0;
ddck.dwColorSpaceHighValue = 0;

lpdds->SetColorKey (DDCKEY_SRCBLT, &ddck);

I''ve done this for both the offscreen surfaces and back buffer, but it doesn''t work.

It''s a bit weird. You not only have to set your color key for the surface, you also have to do the Blt/BltFast with an option to use the SRC color key. Check the docs on Blt/BltFast for the details.

As a benefit, you can actually set the color key for every surface. Then control whether or not it is used during the Blt.
