D3DXCreateBox() function

Hiya, I have a box created using this function as was wondering if anyone new how to texture the mesh properly, or if anyone knew of a way of getting/setting the texture coordinates from a D3DXMesh object i guess would help. I can set a texture but its all messed up and flickers etc. Failing this I could create a box/cube by manually plotting vertex coordinates but if i thought if I could get outta doing that I would Thanks, h
