Hello, I intend to use the .X format in my OpenGL engine, but I don''t want to reinvent the wheel. I already wrote a little .X file loader that reads static object data (no frame hierarchies, matrices, animations, etc.) from text .X files, but I want to use the animations (bones, ...) too. My question: Is there any public code or library to load .X files? I heard of something like a library for OpenGL, but up to now I found nothing like that. Well, maybe I should add that I don''t want to use the D3DX functions in the engine itself. Thanks in advance, Engidu.
