At, up and right vector

Hi! If I have a 4x4 matrix (D3DXMATRIX) Which elements in the matrix are considered to be the At, up and right vectors? is At = 11,12,13 up = 21,22,23 right = 31,32,33 ?? 4x4 matrix : 11 21 31 41 12 22 32 33 13 23 33 43 14 24 34 44 I feel like a newbie...

11 = right.x
21 = right.y
31 = right.z

12 = up.x
22 = up.y
32 = up.z

13 = fwd.x
23 = fwd.y
33 = fwd.z

First thing I always do when looking at an implementation of a matrix that I''m not familiar with is find the translation part and then work back from there.
