PixelFormat, FOV, aspect ratio...

The pixel format of a direct3d application is diferent from the ogl pixelformat?, In my D3d app the things are a bit smaller than in the ogl app, with the same FOV (45 or pi/4),at the same resolution (800x600x32),with the same lookAt (0,0,-6), the same matrixprojection, the same Z-azis value ...
