I must say I''m not the typical programmer. I''ve made a 2D engine on my GeForce 4 440 MX machine. I use some pretty. . . inefficient code, but it still runs great on my machine. I love my GeForce

MX? Does anyone remember when this was called a GeForce 2?

I have seen tests where the Radeons out perform the GeForce FX hands down!

BUT I have also seen articles where there are things you can ONLY do on a FX card.

As far as the "future" of GFX is concerned, it looks as if ATI will be on top once again! Both cards are excellent, but I would tend to lean toward ATI for my next card.

Hehe, well, I realize the MX is just a 2, but that''s still more props I give to NVidia. The card''s not the greatest, but it does quite a bit, and for $60 or so, what a deal.

PS. I can''t say I''ve had any recent experience with ATI, so who knows, maybe the Radeon''s better. I''d look at price as well though
