easy 3ds max question

Hello! I am useless with 3DS max, which is fine up to a point, cos I''m just trying to make some very simple models for my 3D engine. At the moment I''m just trying to make dead simple corridors with very thin cubes... Unfortunatly when I export what I have done with the pandaSoft X file exportter plug in, each separate object has the same origin, no matter how they were arranged in 3ds max, so they all overlap each other. How do I get around that then??

Convert the boxes to editable meshes and use the
attach command under the modify tab to make them a single object.
I think that should work.

Also consider using single boxes as corridors
and just remove the end faces.
Just make sure the faces are either twosided or fliped
