assign which texture stage

in C# language, I find that VertexTextureCoordinate.Size2() has no parameter to indicate which texture stage the coordinate is assigned to. But VertexTextureCoordinate.Size1,3,4(int ) has a int parameter. in C++ I find there is a int parameter when size2. Then should let all the 2d textures be assined to the first stages one bye one then followed the 3d or 1d textures? How can i arrange an 3D texture at stage 0 and an 2d texture at stage 1, Is it right ? VertexFormats.Position | VertexFormats.Texture2 | VertexTextureCoordinate.Size3(0) |VertexTextureCoordinate.Size2(); help please.
