Hello, I was working with Dev-C++ for Win32 projects, till i heard how great Visual C++ is with it. i create the most bare-bones app possible, (only a include windows.h and a winmain function that returns 0) and I get a strange error about "unresolved external symbol _main". anybody?

You created a Win32 Console App project (or whatever it''s called). In those the compiler expects to find a "main" function. Create a Win32 Windowed App project instead. In those the compiler expects a "WinMain" instead of a "main" function.
