getting transformed coordinates

how do i get transformed coordinates? do i just chnage the FVF format to D3DFVF_XYZRHW, the lock the buffer and get the verticies? or is there something special i need to do? thanks

read about ProcessVertices, or transform them yourself if you have the untransformed vertices. its not particularly difficult.

edit: definitely do not do what you were saying, that will not work and i'm not sure what changing the FVF will do.
