Multitexturing header problem

I have downloaded some source that uses multitexturing, and to do so uses some headers called "glext.h" and "wglext.h" witch I do not have, I''ve looked on OpenGL.org and other obviously places; and have come to the conclusion I need help finding them . So any help finding these headers / libraries would be much appriciated (and I know my computer can run the app at leaste, becouse I have done so with the example). ~SPH
