Just wondering what a good average number of verts or triangles is for your player models. I average about 3000 triangles per player mesh in my game, and I was just wondering if I''m completely insane for having that many. Thanks, Ryan Buhr Reactor Interactive, LLC. www.reactorinteractive.net

It really depends what your model looks like. Most people have a 1500 poly model, that could easily be modelled with 4 or 500. If your model has 3000, it probably can look just as good with 1500.

If you want to go with 3000, that is a little high for todays standards,(especially if you have a lot of characters) but next year at this time I assume that will be standard.
