infuriating status bar

no matter what i set the segment array to, the segments always appear in the EXACT same place. i can use this: static int StatusBarWidths[] = { 3, 0, 6, }; or static int StatusBarWidths[] = { -2000000, 0, 2000000, }; and they show up in the same place. i''m using WTL''s CMultiPaneStatusBar class, what is it thinking?
