How do you detect if the computer is a p3 or a p4 or if it''s a good old 486? Is there any library out there for this, or some functions in the windows/c library to detect? My main problem is that (for example) I want to make sure that the system is a pentium2 or above so that if the requirement is not met I can exit the program. thanks for help.
