Sprite problems...

Hello, I need to display sprite in a Direct3D window. I have *.TAR file with alpha channel (so I can do alpha testing while rendering the sprite). In spite of disabling bilinear filtering I got strange results (sprite edges are terrible). I''m havin'' ASCII font characters in this TARga and they must be displayed clean (sprites), without any transparency. Anyone have had this problem before? - BlackKnight.
