i''ve got a cloud generator (perlin noise + stuff) which gives me a nice cloud texture. now on what should i map this texture? a dome or half ellipsoid would make it look quite and streched and a plane doesnt give the impression of a sky. im thinkin of a bezier surface but i dont know how to make one. throw ur ideeas at me /*ilici*/

A bezier surface would be good, and they aren''t to difficult make. Go here to find out. Hope that helps. Once you get the bezier surface all figured out, you could rotate it slowly to simulate very simple cloud motion.
