Direct Sound - 3d positioning
Hey, I''ve been using OpenAL for the last month or two and It just isn''t working out too well, It''s rather glitchy on my laptop here, so I think I''m going to switch to Direct Sound.
I''ve found a bunch of tutorials on how to do Direct Sound, that''s not too hard, but I can''t find any tutorials on how to do working tutorials on 3d positioning of the sounds... I searched on Gamedev.net''s articles, did a search on google, and Direct X''s SDK sucks for just learning a few simple lines of code, you gotta sort out hundreds of other things they throw in....
So does anyone have some links to tutorials on how to do soround sound in Direct Sound?
