Mesh.LoadHierarchyFromFile

Please Help Me whenever i try to load a FrameHierarchy it crashes and gives a less than good error message
  
public void Initialize()
{
User_AllocateHierarchy AH;
AH=new User_AllocateHierarchy(d3dDevice);
AR=Mesh.LoadHierarchyFromFile(x_file,MeshFlags.Managed,d3dDevice,AH,null);

SetupBoneMatrixPointersOnMesh(AR.FrameHierarchy);
}

i have a hard time beliveing that no one on knows how to do a skinmesh come on please help me even if you just have a basic concept of a different way to do it. all i want to know is either how to get this code working or a lead to some different way to load up a skinmesh BTW this is in Managed Direct3D so please dont just say look at the SDK

What does the debug spew say? You mentioned some unhelpful message?

What does your allocation heirarchy do? If it fails any of the callbacks, the load will fail.
