Problem with my particles color....

Hi people... I''ve a problem with particles color.... I use this struct:
struct PointVertex
    D3DXVECTOR3 posit;
    D3DCOLOR    color;

	enum FVF
then I set a color to particle.... and to finish render it with this code:
m_pd3dDevice->DrawPrimitive( D3DPT_POINTLIST, 
                m_dwVBOffset, dwNumParticlesToRender)
but the particle hasn''t my color.... has only the texture color... Have you the answer?? Have I forgot anything? Thanks =) bye bye
