EXT_point_parameters & NV_point_sprite

Hi guys! I have a problem using these two extensions.The second seems to disable the first one.I know this shoudn''t happend but it do.Here is my code

	glPointParameteriNV(GL_POINT_SPRITE_R_MODE_NV,GL_ZERO);

	float quadric[] = {0,0,0.01f};

	glPointParameterfvARB(GL_POINT_DISTANCE_ATTENUATION_ARB,quadric);
	glPointParameterfARB(GL_POINT_SIZE_MIN_ARB,2);
	glPointParameterfARB(GL_POINT_SIZE_MAX_ARB,60);
	glPointParameterfARB(GL_POINT_FADE_THRESHOLD_SIZE_ARB,60);

The problem is that NV_point_sprite is doing it''s buisness but EXT_point_params is not.The point doesn''t seem to get smaller when translated.The most weird thing is that EXT_point_params works with disabled sprites.Does anyone has an idea what is the problem here? The PAIN is coming...this summer!!!In cinemas everywhere.
