3D Vertices should be drawn 2D

Hello! In my Level Editor I can place 3D Vertices, and they are rendered by use of pointsprites. Thats all fine Now I want the vertices to loose their depth information while rendering, so that all vertices have the same size. I heard that this can be done by use of projection matrices, but unfortunately I dont know how. I have 4 views (Top, Side, Front, 3D). In all Views the Vertices should loose their depth information while rendering. How is this possible? Thx!
