Hi, I''m very new at directx programming so please be gentle with me :D How would I go about displaying an image on the screen and maybe scrolling it up the screen? (Optimally then fading out when it go to the middle but I read somewhere on here that Gamma ramps are good for that effect). Any information would be greatly appreciated. - traskjd Visit www.traskmicrosystems.com and get a free blog

Oh Dear God...

I have quite possibly become one of those *really* stupid N00bs... (Having been programming for about 11 years I feel ashamed that I just buggered that up so bad).

DirectDraw :D in DX9!
