Hi All Understandably, this may be a bit complicated for a beginner, but I would like to have SDL setup. Using SDL with Dev-C++ "Extract the zip INSIDE your Dev-C++ directory so that the files from the folders lib and include (from the zip) get extracted to the folders lib and include in your Dev-C++ directory. Now in Dev-C++ start a new console project. Now go to the project options dialog (found in the menu Project). The thing we need to set here is the field that says "Further object files or linker options:". Type in "-lmingw32 -lSDLmain -lSDL" (w/o the quotes) inside it. Now click OK." These are the instructions from the GameDev Cone3d website. I have extracted the files into the correct folders, and the sdl.dll file has been copied into the Windows/System folder. But I don''t understand the Project options bit. Could someone please explain where exactly I need to place that line of information. Thanks Jason
