how long would it take to upgrade an average 3000 line of code aplication from Vb 6 to VB.net? I don''t have VB.net but if it isn''t too difficult to upgrade I definately would.

I don''t think anyone would know how long it would take - it depends a lot on what you do on your application, some things are easier to upgrade than others - In any case, for applications of your size it typically isn''t a trivial upgrade.
