Well, it compiles with a c++ compiler now... the software part also. I had to change about 900 lines. It is only the begining to my D3D project..

For what it''s worth, Joshua Ritter has already reduced the Q2 source down to its bare minimum. I think he has the client and server down to less than 300k for each binary. Might be worth a look for those into the Q2 engine:
