unfortunately, i don''t know.
but i know that there is a website that tells the average salaries of tech positions.

hopefully someone knows/remembers the link.

Used to be one at http://www.thecursor.com/ but that domain is dead now.

Unless it was a large developer I am not sure they would have a specific asset manager. In most cases the Producer/Assistant Producer keep track of the assets and make sure that the IT dept do regular backups.
